This hotel was a bit too design in my opinion. I actually had to stay longer in Bandung but booked another hotel because the interior of this hotel was seriously depressing... I felt like I was staying in a prison.

Their service for local taxi or limo was great. Service for booking a cab was fast too. Staff were friendly in giving recommendations on where we should go. Hotel has a nearby supermarket and very accessible from airport. Perfect!

I like the colourful within hotel, the buffet make me wanna eat more and more and the view in my room was unbelievable.

- The parking, the internet and movies was charges. No maps for tourist. Can't pay in US. The rate is charge in rupiah hotel and its so high rate.

During my Christmas stay, I enjoyed the wide variety of food options offered at the hotel's restaurant and the friendly staff that served us. The location was great, nestled in a peaceful area away from the hustle and bustle of the busy city center with easy access to public transportation. the pool was a major highlight of our stay, with crystal clear water and a serene atmosphere, perfect for unwinding after a long day of exploring.

The gym equipment provided was outdated and did not meet our expectations. Despite these setbacks, we were able to enjoy our stay and make the most of our Christmas vacation.

The hotel is quite far from the city center and not close to any attractions. However, the location is convenient for those who need to get to Jakarta International Airport as the hotel provides a taxi service. The breakfast has a great selection with new dishes added regularly. The staff is friendly and accommodating.

Some of the room facilities, such as the toilet spray and bath towels, have degraded over time and need improvements.

Breakfast is good. New minimalist design. Clean hotel and rooms.

The basement parking are still a mess.
